Prospeed Autosports, like most of Houston, was hit pretty hard from this winter storm. Prospeed made the trip out to Maryland International Raceway to run White Rice 240 at the Hail Mary Derby. White Rice was running a new chassis setup and we were feeling confident about breaking out previous best (6.66). New World Record For Import Radial Our first run of the day was 7.07 at 207 MPH which was a good start. The next day, White Rice ran a 6.45 at 221 MPH, making it our new personal best and resetting the world record for Import Radial! Lucifer made its debut at the Hail Mary Derby 2020. Jerry's car had gone through a pretty big transformation. From a complete new electronics package, to the new billet Noonan LS, sitting on a completely redone chassis from HFR Fabrication, we were all very excited to see Lucifer run! Jim came to the Hail Mary Derby with his Twin Turbo C7 Corvette we built for him! The first time we took it to the track, we were able to get the car down to 8.5xx seconds! Joel Grannas ran a 6.84 at 213 MPH at The Hail Mary Derby in November of 2020! Prospeed handles all of the tuning for their H Pattern Supra. Grannas racing had set a world record early this year in Florida running 6.90 at 194MPH. Which makes a new personal best for Grannas Racing and a new world record for the H-pattern class.
