Warranty and Return Policy
Refund policy
Prospeed Autosports LLC cannot accept returns on parts that have been used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No returns on non-stocked or special order items and certain electronics. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call (832)230-1094 for a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date, and must be in original packaging. A 30% Restocking Fee may be applied. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice AND a completed return form or they will not be honored.
Warranty Policy
Limited 90 Day Warranty:
Prospeed Autosports LLC /ProDrag products are intended for competition and off-road use only. Prospeed Autosports products, as well as custom labor services completed by Prospeed Autosports LLC, include a limited warranty for a period of 90 days after purchase. This limited warranty applies to all Prospeed Autosports LLC product lines exclusively, purchased from Prospeed Autosports LLC directly, or from a verified Prospeed Autosports LLC dealer, in brand new condition. The customer must be able to provide proof of original purchase. This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. It is the customer’s responsibility to install the products correctly on their application and use the products as intended. It is solely at the discretion of Prospeed Autosports LLC to decide what constitutes normal and proper use of its products. If a defect in material or workmanship is concluded, Prospeed Autosports LLC will repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
Third Party Products Warranty Exclusion:
Prospeed Autosports LLC offers many different products from third party manufacturers. All third-party products sold by Prospeed Autosports LLC in brand new condition carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty provided for that product. Prospeed Autosports LLC offers no warranty for third-party products and it is recommended that customers contact the manufacturer of the product directly.
Warranty Process:
For Prospeed Autosports LLC to determine validity of a warranty claim, customers must contact our Sales/Technical Support team in order to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for that customer. Most issues can be resolved with some quick troubleshooting. If Prospeed Autosports LLC determines there may be a valid warranty claim, the customer will be issued and RMA number that must be placed on the box the product is being returned in. The customer is responsible for shipping cost returning the product back to Prospeed Autosports LLC. If the product is found not to be a valid warranty claim, customer will be responsible for return shipping as well.
