The Prospeed 2 Gallon Heat Exchanger tank is a must have upgrade for anyone with a 07-21 Supercharged Tundra who has raised the boost via pulley upgrade. With higher boost levels, the supercharger has to spin faster creating more heat, this heat is transferred to the internal intercooler in the supercharger which transfers the heat into the water flowed in the heat exchanger system. This tank adds a full 2 gallons of extra fluid into the system, doing this increases the systems ability to keep the water temps down longer. This tank also allows the removal of the fill tanks that come with the superchargers which are known to leak from certain manufacturers.

This tank replaces the factory washer tank and also relocates the power steering reservoir with the integrated mounting bracket. For those  wishing to retain windshield washer  functionality, the tank comes with a mounting bracket for a small Vibrant washer bottle (optional). This tank mounts using OEM threaded mounting locations and fits with OEM air boxes as well as our 4.50" race intake.

This tank is designed and fabricated in house using USA sourced aluminum, laser cut and CNC bent components, and hand tig welded. It also comes standard in black texture powdercoat and Prospeed billet cap for a nice clean look in the engine bay.

 The kit includes the following:
- Prospeed 2 gallon heat exchanger tank
- (2) Gates 3/4" hose unions
- (2) Gates 3/4" 90 degree heater hose bends
- Clamps

Optional:
- Vibrant washer bottle kit

* Our kit comes with most components needed to hook into the existing HX system, but depending on your individual install might require extra items commonly found at local auto parts stores such as extra 3/4" heater hose, clamps, etc.
* If running the optional washer bottle kit, you will be required to drill a hole in the tank to install the factory low fluid level sensor, also the level sensor connection will need to be extended and the new washer motor connection will need to be spliced into the factory motor connection.
