As the years have went by, the Gen V LT platform has grown to the point where early designed billet valve covers just don't cut it anymore due to having poorly sized breather ports, not offering breather port location options, only offering mounting for OEM coils even though the need for better spark options has grown, and not providing clearance for newer stronger rocker arms such as the Manton and Jesel roller rockers. We decided to design a set from the ground up to tackle all these issues.
The Prospeed Billet Tall valve covers for the Gen V LT platform are cut and 3D machined on in our in house CNC department from US sourced 6061 Aluminum. They feature clearance for all rockers on the market including the Manton and Jesel roller rockers. They also come standard with 16 ORB breather ports on the front and rear of the valve covers allowing everything from 10AN to 16AN breather hoses. These also feature flush mounting provisions for OEM GM, IGN1A, and CDI coil packs or you can run none if you want to remote mount them.
